Managed Hosting Without Included Support
The website remains with Shark Web Designs Co. The client pays the hosting charge and requests changes or repairs at the current hourly rate. Work is subject to scheduling availability and does not include a priority response target.
Full Ownership Transfer
Available project ownership may be transferred into a compatible client-owned account after payment of the one-time $250 handoff fee. The client becomes responsible for hosting, domain renewal, connected third-party services, and future access management.
Payments
How Payment Works
Package prices shown here are starting estimates. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins, along with the exact payment schedule for your project.
An initial payment is required before work is scheduled
Projects under $3,000 are typically 50% to start and 50% before launch
Projects at $3,000 or more are typically 40% to start, 30% after design approval, and 30% before launch
Small fixed-scope work may be quoted at 100% upfront, and a custom schedule can be stated in the written quote
The remaining balance must clear before the website goes live, unless the signed agreement states otherwise
Your accepted quote and agreement are the authority for your specific project
No work outside the accepted scope is added without your written approval. Additional work is handled as a separate change order with its own price and timeline.
