How Our Process Works

Every project follows the same clear path, so you always know what happens next and what is owed before it happens.

  1. Step 1

    Request

    You submit a project request describing your business, goals, features, budget range, and timing. Nothing is purchased at this stage.

  2. Step 2

    Consultation

    We review your request and follow up with questions to confirm scope, content, and anything that could affect price or schedule.

  3. Step 3

    Written Quote

    You receive a personalized written quote covering scope, inclusions, revisions, timeline, total price, and the payment schedule.

  4. Step 4

    Agreement & Initial Payment

    If the quote works for you, you accept the quote and agreement and pay the initial payment. Work is scheduled after that payment clears.

  5. Step 5

    Design & Build

    Your website is designed and built using the content and materials you provide, following the scope in the accepted quote.

  6. Step 6

    Review & Revisions

    You review the work and request the revisions included in your quote. Requests outside the agreed scope become a separate change order.

  7. Step 7

    Final Payment

    Once the work is approved, the remaining balance is due. Launch happens after the final balance is paid.

  8. Step 8

    Launch & Support

    Your website goes live. You can continue with an optional monthly support plan or request help at the current hourly rate.
